Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Have you ever wanted to dive deeper into facilitating Yin Yoga classes? Or perhaps deepen your understanding of the energetic body? This training will explore the teachings of Yin Yoga, including Modern Meridian Theory, the tissues and joints of the body, the specifics of yin postures, and how to create a yin sequence. All yoga teachers welcome - you don't need to be a musician to join us for this weekend intensive! 

|| Yoga for All Musicians will be providing a handbook for the training, all you need is your computer, a mat, and some blocks! || This training will be led by ERYT & YACEP certified instructor Dr. Brianne Borden. 

|| You must have at least an RYT200 certification to participate. ||
